CEPTAR Property Services provides real estate brokerage, property management, facilities management, and real estate consultancy services in Uganda. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Real estate consultancy
- Facilities management

All property information is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of property details, prices, or availability. Properties may be sold or rented without notice.
5. Fees and Payments
Service fees and commission structures will be clearly communicated before engagement. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in individual service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
CEPTAR Property Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
